Their client installer can uninstall a pile of other vendor's antimalware, including SEP. If all else fails, get a trial of VIPRE Business. With that removed but not first disabled, you may turn that PC into a doorstop. ![]() But first, you seriously need to disable the firewall protection. You should use the Symantec Manual-Uninstall instructions. My new AV refuses to remove the symantec AV because Symantec has the firewall enabled and I am not using this feature in the new AV
